Ron Clarke

Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors

Ron Clarke has been our Chief Executive Officer since August 2000 and was appointed Chairman of our Board of Directors in March 2003. From 1999 to 2000, Ron served as President and Chief Operating Officer of AHL Services, Inc., a staffing firm. From 1990 to 1998, Ron served as Chief Marketing Officer and later as a Division President with Automatic Data Processing, Inc., a computer services company. From 1987 to 1990, Ron was a Principal with Booz Allen Hamilton, a global management consulting firm. Earlier in his career, Ron was a marketing manager for General Electric Company, a diversified technology, media, and financial services corporation.

Tom Panther

Chief Financial Officer

Tom Panther was named our Chief Financial Officer in May 2023. He is responsible for all elements of the company’s finance function, including corporate finance, investor relations, accounting, tax, treasury, and internal audit. He is also an active participant in the company’s strategic planning, M&A and enterprise risk management. Prior to his tenure at Corpay, Tom served as the CFO at EVO Payments, Inc., and spent nearly 20 years at SunTrust Banks in numerous leadership roles including Chief Accounting Officer, Corporate Controller, SVP of Corporate Finance, and Head of Capital Planning & Analysis.

Alan King

Group President, Vehicle Payments in Europe and Australasia

Alan King leads our Vehicle Payments segment in Europe and Australasia to strengthen our position as a global leader in fuel payment solutions, and cement the company as a key resource for commercial fleets transitioning to electric vehicles (EVs). Alan joined us in 2016 leading Europe and Australasia Fleet. Prior, he spent 11 years at Mastercard in global and regional product, strategy and sales roles, and he leadership positions at VISA in the CEMEA region from 2003 to 2005 and at Citibank from 1998 to 2003. Alan spent the early part of his career in telecom and automotive in sales and marketing roles covering Europe.

Armando Netto

Group President, Vehicle Payments in Brazil and North America

Armando Netto joined us in June 2014 as our Group President – Brazil. From 2006 to 2014 at IT and BPO services company, TIVIT, Armando led the IT integration of functional areas into the business unit, focused on onboarding new clients and ensuring service quality. Prior to TIVIT, Armando held various leadership roles with Unisys and McKinsey, where he gained international experience in Europe supporting clients in the UK, France, Austria, Portugal, and the Netherlands.

Joff Romoff

Group President, Lodging

Appointed Group President of Lodging Payments in January 2023, Joff Romoff oversees all facets of the business, which helps companies book, manage and pay for workforce travel. Prior to joining us, Romoff served as Vice President, Commercial – Southeast Asia and Korea at IHG Hotels and Resorts where he managed all aspects of the Commercial organization including Sales, Revenue Management, New Hotel Openings and Commercial Country Performance. Previously, Romoff spent 11 years at SAP Concur, as Head – Global Travel Supplier and Partner Management where he was responsible for all commercial aspects of the global portfolio of accommodation, payment, and aviation segments. His background also includes senior roles with Amadeus, Expedia, Air Miles and Air Canada.

Mark Frey

Group President, Corpay Cross-Border Solutions

Mark Frey has established Corpay as a market leader in cross-border payments and currency risk management since being appointed Group President of Corpay Cross-Border Solutions in March 2022. A proven leader with over 20 years’ experience in trading and treasury operations, Mark has been with us for over a decade. He led the successful acquisitions and integrations of AFEX and Global Reach in recent years. Prior to Corpay, Mark was with Western Union.

Mark Schatz

Group President, Prepaid

Mark Schatz was appointed as Group President of Prepaid in May 2020, bringing more than 30 years of experience to the role. Mark joined us in October 2014 as part of our Comdata acquisition, and has been the President of Stored Valued Solutions since November 2011. Prior to joining us, Mark held senior leadership positions at Fifth Third Bank, Discover, and National Processing Company where he managed the second largest merchant processing business in the US.

Rick Fletcher

Group President, Corpay Payables

Rick Fletcher has been a senior leader with Corpay for more than 15 years, driving significant organic growth across different lines of business: Gift, Prepaid, and Corporate Payments. He was appointed President of Corpay Payables in March 2022. Prior to his joining us, Rick was in strategy roles with Deloitte Consulting and GE Capital.

Alissa Vickery

Chief Accounting Officer

Alissa Vickery is a Certified Public Accountant and was appointed our Chief Accounting Officer in September 2020. She joined the company in 2011 and also serves as Senior Vice President of Accounting and Controls, with oversight of external reporting, technical accounting, and internal audit. Prior to joining us, Alissa held a Senior Director position at Worldpay and spent more than nine years in public accounting at Deloitte LLP and Arthur Andersen LLP, as a senior manager in the audit and assurance practice.

Crystal Williams

Chief Human Resources Officer

Crystal Williams has been our Chief Human Resources Officer since 2017. Crystal joined us in July 2003 as our first HR staffer when we were a small, struggling fuel card company. She oversaw the growth of our increasingly diverse team to more than 8,000 employees globally. Before joining us, Crystal served as Human Resources Consultant at Sibson Consulting.

Dan Csont

Chief Marketing Officer

Dan Csont became our first Corporate Chief Marketing Officer in September 2020. He joined us from Delta Airlines where he led Brand and Product for Delta’s entire global footprint. Prior to Delta, Dan held CMO roles at both TE Connectivity and PSCU Financial Services. Dan brings a deep knowledge of brand strategy as well as experience across demand generation, voice of the customer, digital marketing and public relations/reputation management.

Daniel Fishbein

General Counsel

Daniel Fishbein joined Corpay in 2019 as General Counsel, overseeing the company’s global legal and regulatory function. Daniel has spent his career as a corporate attorney, focusing on strategic transactions, corporate governance, and securities law matters. Before joining us, Daniel was the General Counsel of Axiall Corporation (NYSE). Prior to joining Axiall, he was a member of the corporate team at the international law firm Jones Day, where his practice focused primarily on public and private merger and acquisition activities.

Scott Dufour

Chief Information Officer

Scott duFour joined us as Global Chief Information Officer in February 2019. Prior to joining us, Scott held several technology leadership roles at McKesson from 2013 to 2019, including CIO for McKesson Europe, where he was responsible for all IT functions across 13 countries. At McKesson, Scott led several major initiatives including the consolidation of ERP platforms, infrastructure modernization, and transforming the company’s IT organization. Scott held IT and business leadership positions at Ingram Micro from 2006 to 2013, and at Elemica Ltd. from 2001 to 2006. His early career includes roles at Accenture, Sun Chemical, and Covalex.com Inc.

Steve Greene

Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy

Steve Greene was appointed Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy in December 2019 and has been with us since 2009. He is responsible for mergers and acquisitions and development of our corporate strategy. Previously, Steve was President and General Manager of our North America Fuel card business, Managing Director of epyx Ltd (a division located in the UK), and Vice President, Corporate Development. Steve spent the early part of his career at McKinsey & Company and CHB Capital Partners, a middle-market focused private equity fund.
